Convert pencil drawing into digital in various colors

I have a pencil drawing of a logo (attached). I would like to clean it up and see it OUTLINED in 10 different colors (listed below). The outline should be a little thicker than the pencil. There should be no filler color. Some history ........ Someone already sent me a .psd (also attached for reference), but I can't edit it the way I want to & I'm not crazy about the way it looks. I don't know how to use image software very well, and so the problem I am having is that every time I re-color the image, it keeps getting thicker and thicker. It also puts the color ON TOP of the current color, so instead of changing green to off-white, it changes it to some burgundy color. So I am starting from scratch by sending the original pencil image. I am open to different designs and styles (sharp outline, stamped look, etc.) so it might be best to do a couple outlines and then let's discuss to see which is best. Then once we choose the right design, THEN let's save-as each of the colors. Final files should be in eps or psd. Colors are: 1.) Antique: #FFF2E2 2.) Beige: #E6CC98 3.) Periwinkle: #A2B0C3 4.)
