Creating an Artistic Photoshop Image/Sketch

Hi, I want someone to create an artistic image of something that i have in mind, I am going to try and describe it in detail in here, hopefully that will explain the image I want. Also, I want to then take a high resolution printout of the image on some laser (or better) printer to be then framed etc. - the image is to be made up of words - lots of words and one of the words in between a name should be the prominent one - the words are going to be in different languages e.g. english, spanish, french, german etc etc - colors and the combinations of colors are upto the designer - the size of the image can be A4 or A3 (but not bigger than that) If u r wondering what the word is going to be consider it to be something like "brilliant" and other words to be as many as you can manage using "google Translate" of the word "brilliant" Thanx.
