clone design from existing one

Hello, Please take a look on the following design: [login to view URL] I need 100% same design but with BLACK, WHITE and RED color schem No need to display different fields for different tabs - just a text field and button for all tabs. Need dinamycaly resized tabs. I mean, I want to put any texts in the tab and that it change the width automatically. Very easy to do with DIVs. The design should work the same way in IE, FF and Opera. No need of W3C validatiion. A final delivery must be: html code css code graphics photoshop DSPs Need this done in the next few hours. I really need to begin as soon as possible. Yes - the bid is just $40 but please not that I only need the top header part which is green now with a text field. I need it black, made as a glass in photoshop and make tabs. You can make only two tabs as an example - a selected one and unselected one. There suppose to be two CSS classes that I could switch by the help of PHP and the current tab could be selected. The rest is easy and I can do it myself (the footer, the login part).. I just need a good looking header with tabs and that the tabs could change their widh dinamicaly when a larger text is inputer and work in all browsers. I done those things for many times I just have no time. If you can design just the panel with tables - I could do the HTML/CSS job miself no problem, but it would be $25 bid only then.
