Interesting project. As a new one here dont want a lot of money. Honestly saying about terms - mounth. Even more, if I have to order something from our china friends. Controller - modern arm stm32. For sms - "standart" gsm module sim900. For moving - some servos, what - will see. My bid is only my work, all hardware components I need have to be paid separetly of course.

Dear Sir, I have a PhD in Electrical Engineer, and 10 years+ of experience with Digital and Analogue design. I think you will need to provide must more details about your project though. If your device is located FAR from the sender, then a GPRS/SMS module will be best. The device will use a small micro-processor and a GPS/AGPS to detect its own location. Also some mechanical rotor to turn the device. Again, you will need to specify exactly what you need in the device, how it should look, and how it should "turn" itself.
