What I understood is 1) Helmet should protect from front side (face guard) and back side as well when lose of balance 2) No vision restriction 3) Chinstrap that can be adjusted and removable easily by anyone…special key for emergency removal 4) Light weight material with costume made shape …manufacturing process Few thing from myside # made of two layers…external layer made of hard resine..whcih can be casted as per requirement # inner layer made of high density polyurethane foam # Just thought …do you want to get some alarm in case patient fall down or stroked somewhere…may need to embed electric hardware using Arduino Even though I put 5 days for quote, I would like to put more time than usual design considering the unique requirement from your side.
