Hi, Your project seems straightfoward enough a;though there are a few questions related to how you intend to manage the switching and the physical format of the physical ports. Additionally it is worth specifying how many of the RS-232 signals you want supported. I have had many years experience in electronics design and PCB design, both as a manufacturer and a consultant.
