Very interesting to see such requirement. First of all I would like to know do you have 1. Master records in place 2. Barcode scanners 3. Are there any application in place (even for inventory or book keeping) We can do such project remotely and I have done few projects locally. Look forward to hearing from you.

I am based in the UK. I have designed and developed a number of high end access databases along with reports which can be emailed within the system.
