Create Website creative

This is an extreme Sharepoint 2013 mod, that leverages the use of Sharepoint lists to dynamically build a website in a runtime fashion somewhat similar to Wordpress on-the-fly. There is a Sharepoint 2013 configuration and probably 16-25 custom .aspx pages. There are ecommerce and social aspects. It should be reasonably easy to develop for, as use cases, general CSS rules, and wireframes will be provided for. There should be nothing in here that is too out of the ordinary, it's the specific implementation for an industry vertical that's novel. We've got that part covered already, we just don't have time to sit down and write the thing. I'm posting this NDA as this is a very competitive vertical.
