Assistant Fluent in English and Located in China

I am interested in hiring an assistant who is fluent in English, fluent in Mandarin and located in China. The assistant would primarily be responsible for generating leads to owners of medium size companies who might be interested in our services and translation between English and Mandarin. Responsibilities would include researching companies, contacting business owners, placing online/off-line advertisements, regular reporting to us, etc. You must be fluent in English, be fluent in Mandarin, be located in China, use Skype, have ability to travel within China if necessary (expenses to be paid). This can lead to significant opportunity for the right person. The pay will be hourly (so bid $100 and let me know how many hours you will work for) and will include bonuses for qualified leads and larger bonuses for leads which turn into business for us. This can turn into a 40+ hour per week opportunity for long-term.
