I need a CSS expert to help me align three elements of a footer div.
Please see my website to view the issue:

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page. You will see a footer with three sections.
col1 = NAPBS logo
col2 = Copyright
col3 = McKinney logo
For troubleshooting I have turned on a 1px red border.
Issue #1:
The "NAPBS Logo" needs to be aligned to the top left of the container. Right now there is space to the top and left of the image. I can't seem to get ride of. The image itself doesn't have this space.
Issue #2:
I would also like to control the top padding above the "Copyright".
Issue #3:
There is also a little extra space about the McKinney logo as well.
In conclusion, I would like to fix my three styles that control the padding around each of these containers.
I am ready to accept a fair bid right now to fix these issues. I hope it would take more than a view minutes to work together to solve this.
I will give the winning bidder FTP access to the [login to view URL] that controls this page.
Thank you.
