Hello: My bid for this project is $25 per appointment with an amount per sign up of service to be determined at a later date. I am also pretty good at coming up with leads and searching for that type of information as well. My experience includes but is not limited to customer service, accounting, word and excel documents, copy & paste projects, emails, research, and data entry. Specifically, the following examples demonstrate my customer service and phone skills: From 2005 to 2009 I worked in a call center full-time for a major cell phone company so time on the phones and what that entails is something I am extremely comfortable with. After an initial 8 week training, I was ranked #5 out of almost 300 representatives at the center my first month out of training. Also, when I lived in CA for 3 years, I did fundraising for the MDA by calling businesses to see if they would be interested in being part of the “jail bird” fundraiser at a restaurant. I had the highest retention rate as well as number of “jail birds” and amount of money raised.
