I have nearly 300 one page PDFs that I'd like converted to a single editable Word Document. There are handwritten notes on the original document that was scanned for the PDFs; these notes are displaying as irregular or corrupted characters in some PDF converters and must be deleted. All pages must have the same margins and no extra paragraph breaks. The text is dense academic military history, formatting of quotations, statistics, correspondence, etc should be kept. Editing the actual text for grammar, meaning or style is not required. PM for further details.
