Code Organization and Slight Debugging

I have been working on the website [login to view URL] for a few months now and it is coming along well but I need some help in organizing the code into something more manageable. I have it well commented and it makes good sense but I need to split it up into multiple files and I am having trouble doing this in Python with the Jinja2 templating system that I am using. I have found some good resources and would be glad to forward them on to you but I haven't had time to do it myself. In addition to the code organization I have a few bugs that I need worked out. I have these listed and well documented but I just have not had time to fix them up. Examples are that I need it fixed so that all posts are added to the users profile which is not happening right now, I have two plugins that are supposed to make it so that posts display youtube/vimeo videos in an iframe and they are not working for some reason, also sometimes the posts don't update to memcache. This should be a relatively simple project of just a few hours and I am willing to pay around $150 for the work. If you are interested in the website and want to work some more I have multiple future projects I will be listing having to do with optimization and some design changes and if you complete this successfully I would be up for paying for your services again.
