Could you please send me some image samples? I might do this in a day or thirty, i can't really say without looking the image's perspective, quality, etc.

I have the experience and the attitude to complete this project. I have been working extensively with the OpenCV library using Python for past couple of months on a project which requires similar techniques which will be used in this project.

Hi, The problem can be solved by solely using opencv . I have already done these kind of segmentation problem in both python and CPP. but if you want the result to be more accurate and precise I suggest using deep learning concepts which I generally do.

I can write this code in Java using opencv library and JavaFX user interface in 3 days.
