This project requires still-image processing using OpenCV python library. The input will be a picture of a parking lot, and the output is a 2-d array telling you which parking space is empty (0 means empty, 1 means taken).
Could you please send me some image samples?
I might do this in a day or thirty, i can't really say without looking the image's perspective, quality, etc.

Hi, The problem can be solved by solely using opencv . I have already done these kind of segmentation problem in both python and CPP. but if you want the result to be more accurate and precise I suggest using deep learning concepts which I generally do.
