Architect work: Change building plan and create renders.

READ FIRST BEFORE PLACE BID! I'm looking for someone who delivers what he/she promises! And not someone who places bids everywhere and therefore can’t deliver what he / she promises en fills one hole and with another. Also I don’t accept default bids! So only if you have read the whole project and looked at the attachment in order to know what I expect. If you think you can deliver quality and meet the deadline we agree on then you are welcome to place bid. The project is to create 5 renders (exterior and High Resolution) of a new office building. Design of the building is added as attachment. However, the property gets another owner and location. It was designed for an university and the users were students. The plan is to design it for a public institution and the users are office staff and medical research staff. I expect you to create 5 renders in the same quality as the original, but in the the new location and with the new users. The freelancer who gets awarded will get real photo’s of the location and have to sign the building in those photo’s. These photo’s are made from different angles. I also want to change buildingplan on page 8/9, page 10/11 and page 16/17. A description of this adjustment is added as attachment also. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HIGH RES PDF IS THE ONLY DOCUMENT I HAVE. I expect that the freelancer delivers on time and delivers quality. I have absolutely no sense wasting my time with people who promise everything before they get awarded and afterwards doing nothing or delivering bad quality. I look forward to your bids. Henry
