architecture, design for renovation of a house

I have a house which i want to renovate. The total covered area shall be 4000 sq ft. 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 5 bathrooms plus a guest toilet, staircase and entrance lobby needs some structural change, elevation will not be changed, there are minimal structural changes which are required. Design needs to be contemporary, modern. The design shall include the new lighting, wiring drawings, switch board locations, modern and simple looking false ceilings, cabinet/ wardrobe designs, new bathroom designs with excellent space utilization, complete house new piping drawings from the rooftop tank to the house,....all designs shall be modern, simple & contemporary with the lowest cost implementable ideas...
