Business Research for Uruguay

We are an international marketing company. We need to find a person, local citizen of Uruguay (better if the person lives in the capital city), to make a Business Development Research for our company.
The only thing that should be done is accepting a package which will contain one of the products that we are selling. We want to check how much time it takes for the delivery to be shipped. The person shoud be willing to provide his/her address and to be ready to accept the package when it is delivered.
More detailed information will be given after we start the project with the chosen service provider. The budget for the research is 50 $. Potentially we can cooperate on a regular basis. The bidders should be able to start immediately the project.
