Academic eBook for Hospitality undergraduate studies

We require someone who is familiar with Food & Beverage and/or 'Rooms Division Management' in the Hospitality industry to complete an eBook for us. The 4 topic areas have been outlined, and so it's a case of adding your 'knowledge' to each section. The attached documents include the Template for one of the eBooks, and also the 4 topic areas showing a detailed break-down of each one. The template is a rough guide to how the book should be structured, so please look at that before bidding. In the Template, each of the 4 topics has been broken down into 4 parts (sub-topics), and each of these sub-topics are further split into subject areas. You may consider it suitable to have up 4 or 5 subject areas per sub-topic. This can be determined by looking at the attached Criteria document. Overall there should be at least 3+ pages of content per sub-topic. There are Discussion/self-development questions to be included for each topic, and this is clearly shown in the Template. You should also create supporting powerpoints for each main topic. You're welcome to ask questions before bidding. As this is a UK higher education subject, NATIVE English language and good grammar is imperative, and you should have an academic and practical background in this field. A brief Skype call will occur before work commences, and being able to keep to timelines is important.
