hello, I have reviewed that app and noticed that it's using worker process, that means you will need additional worker beside 1 or 2 dynos if you deploy on heroku. that case cost some money, you can review the plan on heroku website. and you may also need to add at least basic database plan, which also cost money too. other option is to deploy on another provider such as digital ocean, this case will save you 50% of money, but you will need to take care of server and scalable. please consider those option and let me know which is best fit to you. if you have any question, drop me messages please. thank you.

Have deployed ruby on rails apps for a lot of servers, including Amazon EC2 instances, DIgitalOcean VPS, private corps vps and Heroku. I can easily do the changes to the app and deploy on Heroku.

Reading Prelaunchr's documentation, it seems like a fairly simple app to launch, as long as the contents and the designs are ready.
