Creating 60 back links and 1 SEO “Wheel”

Should be QUALITY links. If I’ll like the job you are going to do, there is a lot of work ahead, I might hire you in a future again and again.
1. 60 general back links and
2. SEO “Wheel” on Web 2.0 site - consists of 10 articles and 100 social bookmarks, 10 linked to each article. You will rewrite 1 article 9 times (I’ll provide an article to rewrite from). Links (“keyword strings”) will be part of a logical text, NOT SEPARATELY/below the article, NOT the URL itself is a link. Two links per article: 1 - to my website and 1 – to previous article. Last 10th links to 1st or other way around to complete the circle.
We are targeting only 2 (two) pages:

Please do it half and half: links – 30 and 30; wheel – 5 and 5 (1,3,5,7,9 and 2,4,6,8 – one after another).
No software. Only manual, relevant, white-hat linking. I’ll pay only after you send me a proof that job is done.
