I am looking for someone to handle customer service inquiries, pre-sales questions, post-sales, refund, etc...and filter the messages that I need to read.
The person needs to be fluent in English, be positive, encouraging, and have high standards for customer service.
It would be nice for the person to have some technical background, but not necessary.
I sell software, and that's what I need the person to answer questions about.
I would initially train the person on how I'd like questions answered etc...
This can begin as a 10hr/week job and expand from there.
