Build Targeted Traffic & Sales, Increase PR !

Get me traffic, sales and increased PR. I have a content site of 11 pages in the Hobbies/Society & Culture niche that uses longtail keywords. The site has been up for about 7 months and some article marketing has been done, as has a recent link wheel project. My traffic however is low single digit per day. I want a massive increase in TARGETED traffic volumes and sales, and an increase in PR.
