Business Development/Account Management/Sales freelancing from IT Staffing industry, USA. (Somebody based out of US CST Time Zone) • Ability to operate independently and competently generate a team environment • Generate new leads and develop new business and Clientele and handle the New clients and handover. • Served as the primary account manager/contact between the Client account and the company. • Managed entire sales cycle from first contact to closing and negotiated economic terms and legal terms. • Proposed services and economic terms to prospective accounts. • Negotiate contracts with vendors, negotiate bill rates and pay rates with clients and consultants, created SOW’s, and executed MSA’s • Drafted responses to RFI’s and RFPs • Guide and influenced the company’s overall business strategy 1) Independent Contractor/Freelancer Misclassification 2) I-9 Verification and Compliance 3) Worker Visa Status Compliance 4) Worker Classification: Exempt/Non-Exempt • Develop new relationships with IT managers and "C" level executives. • Present Britishmac as a total IT staffing solution including staff augmentation, professional services and permanent placements. • Manage staffing implementation for a fortune 50 client. Identify and target strategic accounts. Source new business with targeting marketing campaigns, cold calling, and meetings.. Requirements Experience level ranging from 4 year to 17 years. CTC: As per the Industry Standards Work Location : Fremont, CA NOTE: WE EXPECT THEM TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING PREREQUISITES:-  Incumbents should complete full life cycle Recruitment (starting from sourcing the candidate to closing the deal and follow up post joining of the candidate)  Incumbents will work in a close knitted team in Bangalore. Prior experience in dealing with US recruitment is a must.  Incumbent should possess effective oral and written communication skills  A proven track record with US recruitment or international recruitment is highly desired.  Integrity – Maintains Social, ethical and organizational norms, adhering to and promoting codes of conduct and ethical principles.  Incumbents will continuously learn, promote, contribute to the existing team  Proactively contribute to ongoing process improvement.  Problem solving, think laterally as part of the team, or individually, meet the needs of the target.  Business Development/Account Management/Sales from IT Staffing industry, USA.  Somebody based out of US CST Time Zone.(Freelancer )
