Bulk Email Blast Advice / Direction

I need someone is knows this game like that back of their hand to give me advise and or point me in the right direction. > > I'm not interested in someone trying to push their product on me. Just someone who can walk me through the process and set it up for me. I've seen them as low as $50 a year to thousands of dollars. My old business partner is having great success with one that costs him roughly $70 a year, but refuses to tell me who he's using. > > I don't have my own list, so I need to find? a company who has their own updated lists. I have many projects I would love to start in the near future. Having someone? I can trust is a must. Being multi talented in different fields and or having a great network of people? is a plus as well. Also, having great ideas is one thing. But what I need is someone who has proven strategies that has worked for you and or clients before is exactly what I need. Lastly, one of my sites is a college themed site. So I would preferably like to have somebody under 30 who is in touch with college life and or is intimate with todays college mentality. But it's not a must.
