Compile a list of specialist retail outlets in London - repost

I run a company that sources the finest quality Beef and Lamb from small scale producers (Crofters) in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Due to launch in mid August we require assistance in promoting and targeting specialty food retail outlets in London and other main city's in England. Our target customers expect high quality food, with full traceability and a sustainable approach to farming. Customers are able to order via our website and order boxed quantities of produce either whole or partial carcases.
