Looking For 2-3 Sales People on Commission

If you feel like you have a natural sales ability and want to make some extra money on the side, this could be a good chance for us to work together. I run a web design company and I am looking for people who can make sales happen in the 2-10K region and will be able to get consistent results. This isn't a full time gig and can fit perfectly around other commitments. My current sales guy makes a few thousand per month for a few hours work BUT he is very good at what he does. The details: - 20% commission. So on a 5k site you'll get $1,000, on a 10k site you'll get $2,000. - It is commission only, if you don't sell you don't get paid BUT... - You don't need to "sell", I just need solid warm leads. I will close. - You do need to sell at least one medium site per month (over 3k). - You need to have some current skills. I can show you the web design side but you will need to already know how to sell. No fear of cold calls etc. - Be honest and have integrity. I don't want to work with someone who sees this as some scheme to make quick cash.
