Chemist needed for the synthesis of a chemical compound

I need a chemist that can help me make a chemical compound. I have the recipe, but I have no experience in this field so I need the help of a pro.
The "training" will be done through video calling (skype is the best IMHO)...
Basically the person that will be hired will teach me how to make the compound from square 1 through video calls by showing me how he or she is making it.
The payment will be fully released at the end of the project if the compound is exactly what I need.
