Need someone to setup a payment system on my website. The customers will be able to pay the store owner. The more difficult aspect is that I want the site to calculate a percentage of the sale amount and bill the store owner at certain intervals. Example: 10 customers buy merchandise from a store owner. The store owner must pay our site say 3% of total sales amount. It will be calculated by the site and billed to the store owner every time there account reaches 50 bucks. The job will be awarded to the lowest bidder that I feel can get the job done.
