Custom Affiliate Tracking Software needed

I will be launching an auction site similar to [login to view URL] Need site visitor to be able to: • Register (hopefully as a one-step process when they pay their bid fee) • Pay bid fee • Indicate the amount of their bid • Sign up as affiliate (or be signed up automatically) Then, when they have their affiliate account, the affiliate software must: • Track conversions by affiliate • For each paid conversion an affiliate generates, they are rewarded not with money, but with a free bid for themselves. The software needs to track this, and allow for the affiliate to go in to the system and use their free bids The cycle continues as each new paying bidder gets their own affiliate account and can then refer others. So, the way I see it, I'll need the software to run the auction (was looking at [login to view URL]), some kind of check-out/shopping cart (which BPowerHouse will also do), and then tack on some kind of affiliate tracking system).
