Convert Website to Email Friendly Campaign Monitor Email

Hi There, I need the page [login to view URL] converted to a HTML page that is suitable for Email. The page then needs to be provided to us in a format that can be uploaded directly to campaign monitor (i.e. an index page and then a zip file with css and images.) The current page is CSS with DIV. Email clients like Outlook do not handle the CSS appropriately. The web page has to be converted so that it works perfectly when sent to Outlook, Gmail etc. I also want social networking included in the header with a Facebook "Like" button, a "Share with a friend" button etc. I know you can do this with Campaign Monitor but I don't know how. I can provide: HTML files, images and css file. Username and Password for Campaign monitor account for testing.
