A small page seeking 1500 more targeted LIKES

I've a yogurt ice cream brand page, Now this page will only be useful for people that are residing in Saudi Arabia So that's the only country which i prefer on my page, My target is to reach 1500 more visitors ( Like ) on the page by 15th of march. There is no tight time frame for you to work in. Each user ( Unless his profile is public ) should have at least 50 friends ( Not that i mean 100% but i should see at least 50% of them to meet this criteria ). 50% of the users should actually belongs to the country ( The citizens ) [ Hint : You will either see them wearing the official clothing on the profile picture or by the name appearing in Arabic font, That's my experience ) You will not have any access to the page insight.
