As the title says, I need someone to write down a Desktop locker and contain a message that I put in. I want the software to make it IMPOSSIBLE to use that computer anymore unless he fallows the instructions and I unlock it.
Whatever keys he will be pressing the locker to keep on "top" and can't be taken down.
I need it done ASAP!
