Develop a web based management application

I need a programmer to help develop a new web based application that will be written in c# .net, aspx , HTML5 , jquery , mssql (or mysql) database.

The goal of the application is to manage customer data and other info with multiple logins/roles/permissions etc.

I will share more details with potential candidates.

This is for a long term project for a very stable application with very good growth potential.
