Please see our profile for our past and current projects. Your Resources are for simple web server device. you can not use this to control from web interface. it needs lot of coding again. Which components do you already have? (I usually like to work with exactly the same ones) Can you explain a bit more what kind of control do you want to have? like how the web app will look? About the app for ios and android, I can do that part in the webbrowser only for the price, not really an app but a neat normal control panel.

I can do the website part. Following shall be the milestones: 1. Specification document 2. GUI for the website 3. Actual website with PHP and SQL data base 4. Source code About my self you can read the reviews of my customers. Best regards.

I have been working with arduino projects like this one for so so one year (see my profile). I do already have most o the parts that will be required to acomplish your goals in your project : the wifi shield / bluetooth, arduinos (more than one model), and so.on. I don't have the level sensor that you described into your documentation however I can figure out with the datasheets. I would love to work into this project. thank you
