I have an Access Database that was created several years ago utilizing this service. Everything is to remain the same for the most part, however I need to update some areas/fields and add others. Also, I would like to make additions noted in the "Bigger Ideas" description.
The Database simply organizes all of the client's information that I work with. The following description are notes that I sent to the previous developer. I realize they are written with the idea that the developer is already familiar with the database, however I will provide a copy of the data base/files to familiarize yourself with so that the updates that I am asking for will make more sense. A confidentiality form will need to be signed prior to receiving the client info.

The Bigger Ideas:
1. We use calendars that sync with our phones. I personally use a microsoft [url removed, login to view] calendar which sycs with my phone and helps tremendously in keeping me organized. Would it be at all possible to export or auto sync the "reminders" in the CDO to my calendar or any calendar for that matter? Say like if I changed to using a google calendar or yahoo etc.. if it's easier to develop around?
2. I have doc templates of an Invoice and Job Placement Form for submission when a client gets a job. Would it be possible to input the Purchase Order info or Employer/Employment Info into the CDO (as we already do) and then when I need to create an Invoice or Job Placement Form, click a button and export or pre-populate those form with the info contained in the CDO?
Smaller needs:
1. Add a "Service Start Date" field
2. Remove "Employer Notes" being that we do not use them any way, we only use the regular notes
3. Under the phone numbers I need a type-able field where we can type in an identifier like "mom" "home" "cell" etc...
4. Add additional email field for the client and a type-able identifier space
5. When we add in a counselor we need a spot to enter the counselor's technician/secretary and their email
6. Need to extend the view-able length of the "conditions" the size and look of it right now is fine but you cannot see everything that was originally typed in the field, it gets cut off
7. Need to add a DOB and DL# fields
8. When sending emails would it be possible to send them through my gmail rather than having to turn on microsoft outlook and sending?
9. The Notes section of the Employer Search needs to be searchable, when completing searches, so that I can type in a whole bunch of other types of jobs that the employer hires for
10. Just like the ability in the drop down to search "Employers and Clients" I need to be able to search counselors
11. Need to add a "criminal charge" section like the "conditions" section with enough space to add three or four or five or more...... you don't know some of the people I work with
12. Need to add an "education" section like the "conditions" section so that I can physically type in their education, certificates, etc...
13. Need to add a drop down box for "transportation" section with, "own vehicle" "bus" "Via Trans" "outside of bus route" "family"
