Change printer driver setting (before or after install)

I have a setup script to install a Custom PDF printer driver. I need to change a setting. The printer driver uses windows postscript driver ([url removed, login to view]).

I need to change a standard printer driver setting (from automatic to outline):

Printer driver -> advanced -> Postscript options -> Truetype font download option -> outline

The best way to do this is to adjust these standard settings before installing (somewhere within the installation files). Another option is to change this option after installing by running an executable.

It should work under Windows 8,7 and vista.
