I am currently doing an Interior Decoration Course and need assistance to have a floor plan modified and drawn to plan 1:50. I know exactly what I want as a designer but I have been let down by a 'freelancer' who is unable to execute what I want and complete the project. Most of the work has already been done. I will need to indicate the rooms, furniture, extending the East Wing to a deck and pool area, key kitchen dimensions - I will also need to show where the appliances and furniture will be placed including clearance space required - if it doesn't work you need to tell me as I am providing a freehand drawing. Everything should be obvious in the completed floorplan.
The brief requires that I start by re-creating the entire ground floor. Develop a layout which has less emphasis on formal dining, a more functional kitchen and increased space for casual entertaining and family activities. The rooms can be changed but the stairs and exterior walls will have to stay where they are. the floor plan must be drawn using a scale of 1:50.
I am looking for someone to take instructions from me and make the changes and provide all the relevant measurements as a CAD/CAM expert or interior designer with CAD experience would be expected to.
