Converting 1 page java or C++ to excell macro code

I have a one page code (java or C++) need to be converted to the excell macro, that is it. Not both, if you know java and excel macro, enough. or vice versa. You are going to do just one of it. If you both, there amy be a bonus:-) Pogram should work,
Since I am not sure who can do, I do nt want to waste time, therefore, I will award to the first person who did the job, so here you go. Very simple program initiation of a couple of arrays and four five functions that is it. I also want on excell you will enter three parameter, then press the button to run the macro, that is going to produce 10 values on 10 cells
