Please check skills of all people. Hadoop and VM are not common technologies. In my opinion a good PHP developer surely does not about Big Data. Only I have a doubt about point 3) Monitor hadoops mapreduce logs using fluentd, could you please explain with more details exactly what do you wish? Thanks! Pablo.
