Developer/Programmer -Make site Mobile compliant - Unique Video Website!

Need Mobile code EXPERT!. This is not an ordinary website that I need help with! May have to write app to accomplish this. We have developed a State of the Art Internet Video Marketing tool. This is cloud based and in Beta mode (Testing - 98% functional). Skill set needed: Android / IOS mobile expert. Good experience in UI / UX, Html5, CSS3, java script, PHP (Preferred). Initial help will be making our site responsive mobile friendly etc. Our tool develops code for others to put on their website. This code makes Video or Images Interactive plus much more.
