SIMPLE SOFTWARE APPLICATION

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows.I want a very simple windows/web offline application that would do the following: - COLLECT STUDENT'S DATA: 1. First name 2. Last name 3. Date of birth 4. Residential address 5. Contact Phone No 6. Entry Class (Certificate/Diploma/Bachelors/Masters) 7. Year of Entry - REGISTER After entering student information, CLICK register. THEN system will automatically generate a MATRIC NO. The matric no will be in this format: VBI/01/012/001. This format is just an example. 'VBI' is constant. 01 represents certificate class. 012 represents the year of entry. 001 represents the serial no for each class. NOTE: 01 is for certificate, 02 is for diploma, 03 is for bachelors, and 04 is for masters entry class. - REPORTS 1. The system should generate the matric no and store it. 2. System should be able to tabulate the student data, including matric no, FOR EXPORT TO EXCEL SHEET. - UPDATES System should also be able to update each student's record at any time. - PERMISSIONS System should have an administrator login.
