i am looking for a programmer who is a savy in 3d printing concering slicing and gcode adaption to robot arms.
i know there are some progs on the market, but i need a slicer that is optimized for robots.
ie slicing in different layer heights/wall thicknesses per layer due to a nozzle that can change its diameter and geometry (ie oval), and pressure controls flow rate.
and the robo (preferably UR10) is installed on a linear rail that is fixed to the ceiling in order to enable real scale printing of cars or scaled yachts.
the object might sit on a table where z can be lowered to enable structures of large heights.
so open slicer sw needs to be adapted to that robo config.
i had to repost to clarify: if you are a master in website building, general programming, format conversion or an graphics artist: this doesnt qualify you at all! general texts like: "i can do the job, let´s discuss" will be ignored. YOU NEED TO BE DEEPLY INTO 3D PRINTING!! YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND GCODES AND HOW SLICERS WORK. AND YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW ROBOTS ARE CONTROLLED. if you havent done that before, dont apply!
