create multiple Facebook Accounts

Hi i am looking for a serious developer with proficient c# skills to develop a facebook bot. Main objectives. - The bot should login to facebook either web login, or login using [login to view URL] (mobile version) - Option for custom user agent list. - Multi threaded to handle multiple accounts. with option to load accounts from a file, or load accounts from URL. - Bot will post on the users wall a customised message with URL, once posted, it will click the ' hide from timeline' button. and move on to the next account. - Proxy feature, be able to load proxy from file, and from URL - Options for time delay [x] seconds, and max posts per proxy etc. - Statistical panel on main form showing total amount of accounts in feed, total posts made, and error logs. - Captcha support API for decaptcher This is the basics i am looking for someone who has experience in this field with bots especially. do not bid if you have no idea.
