A Software for HR Consultants

There is a requirement for a software in a HR Consulting company that deals with placements of candidates in various industries. Requirement: A software is required that: i) will have a proper GUI for the end users(employees of this company). The end users should be able to create, modify and suitably update the candidate details. They should also be able to view and access the already created details anytime in future. ii) will be accessible over the internet from anywhere, anytime by the employees of this company only who will have the authorization to access the same.
