design of cantilever gate hardware

There are proprietory cantilever hardware products available on the market, however we believe they can be improved upon. We have some products that we use at the moment that we can use as a reference point and we would like to make improvements on these. Firstly the track (that is fixed to the underside of the gate) needs to be drawn up and then the carriage (bolted to the ground) needs to be design to suit the gate weight and track.
