I am planning on a new home hopefully this year on my [login to view URL] home is 28' x 34' two [login to view URL] will be place on level land. The project I need done is a in ground basement with poured cement.I want the flooring to be 18" thick with 12" poured cement walls.I would like this basement to have a concrete [login to view URL] basement I want larger than the home, dimensions being 28' x 64'.I want a corner access to basement outside with metal doors and cement steps leading down to the basementfollowed by another heavy metal framed air tight heavy steel [login to view URL] basement wouold like to have 12" poured cement wall that goes down the 28' [login to view URL] the other end of entrance having another heavy metal framed air tight heavy steel [login to view URL] basement having after completed 9' ceiling.i want this all treated against leaks,[login to view URL] open to suggestions,thanks
