(1). Will need a direct internet connection to the switch and then i will be able to connect to the switch do do the configuration or (2). Connect the switch to a PC via console interface and provide the remote connectivity to the PC. (3). If you can provide me the network diagram it will be easy. (4). I've worked with cisco switches and routers for about 4-5 years. I have done mupltiple setups of this kind before, and am also currently working on my CCNP (route passed, studying for switch). What you describe is not too complicated, and I can definitely deliver. What I can't do is get you the latest IOS for your device, even if I find it on the internet it won't be a legitimate download.
