Hi There are few clarifications in the overall requirement. - CRM dynamix needs to be integrated with ADFS for authentication is the intent, right? Then forms auth is not from CRM, but that of ADFS (when accessed from internet, Intranet may use integrated auth) - Outlook plugin related requirement is not very clear. Is it supposed to use IWA and get authenticated with ADFS?
