I am an infomration security expert with overall 3 years experience. Can do fornesics and confirm removal of virus if found in the server. Please let me know what is the anti virus solution installed in the server.

If I am right, you just need to do 1 thing - try and clear cookies and history in your browser. This is a usual problem when you change the password and the browser remembers it wrong. Also, you can try accessing the server in a new incognito windows and see if the issue keeps appearing :P

This sounds to me like UAC (User Account Control) is on. This can be done by disabling it in group policies.
