Develop MS-Word Template and rework tech bulletins

We are looking for someone to develop a MS-Word template (.DOT) we can use as a standard for our technical bulletins. In addition, we would like someone to re-work and/or re-format three existing tech bulletins using the new template. This is our first time using rent-a-coder and we are kind of testing the waters for future documentation projects including redoing our user manuals. The template should include at least the following elements: Title page, minimal, business-like graphics, headers, footers, and any necessary "MS Word Styles" which would include fonts, colors, and other formatting. We would also need some sort of standardized copyright block in the template. We can supply the original word files used to generate the attached PDFs. The author can use the existing graphics or create new graphics. We will provide access to our system if requested so that the author can step through our application if necessary. Wording and layout of the technical bulletins can be changed at the author's discretion. We would require a MS Word Template file (.DOT) and three Word files (.DOC) to complete this project. The original files are attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
